Planning, execution, and real-time coordination
We begin with a full assessment of your event or project: location, build schedule, delivery windows, access times, item types, any phased delivery requirements, and international customs considerations. From there we build a logistics plan structured around your event timeline, not a carrier's standard schedule.
Throughout the project, we maintain active communication with your team. For live builds and exhibition environments, we regularly set up direct WhatsApp operational groups with on-site teams, allowing instant coordination between our drivers, your site staff, and project managers. When access times change, build schedules shift, or last-minute items are needed, decisions can be made immediately.
Dedicated transport, no co-loading
All event movements use dedicated vehicles exclusively. No co-loading with other customers' cargo, no depot cross-docking, and no risk of your presentation-quality goods being mishandled in transit. Your items travel directly from collection to venue, under controlled handling throughout.
What we move
We regularly handle exhibition stands and modular display systems, staging and AV equipment, branded marketing materials, oversized and irregular project cargo, fragile display pieces, film and production equipment, pop-up and roadshow materials, and multi-component phased shipments where sequenced delivery is critical to the build.
International exhibitions and customs
For European and global events, we manage cross-border transport planning, customs documentation, and temporary export and import procedures including ATA Carnet arrangements where applicable. This ensures your goods arrive compliant and on schedule, even across borders and into restricted exhibition venues.
Flexible scheduling
We operate outside standard hours where projects require it: early morning deliveries, overnight access, same-day emergency transport for missing or delayed items. We align to your build schedule, not a fixed courier timetable.
